About the spa
Fernhouse is a botanical day spa built for slowing down
A calm place to be looked after for an hour or an afternoon: warm rooms, green things, low light and therapists who never rush.

Most of us don’t need pampering. We need an hour off.
Fernhouse began with a simple idea: that a spa should feel less like a salon and more like a walk in the woods. Quiet, green, a little bit slower than the rest of your day. So the rooms are warm and softly lit, the treatments are unhurried, and the only thing on the schedule is you.
The name comes from the ferns that fill the space. They’re old, patient plants that grow in the shade and don’t hurry for anybody. We like to think a little of that rubs off.
Caring for guests for [YEARS] years.
How we work
Four promises in every treatment room
Ask first, then listen
Every treatment starts with a conversation, and your therapist checks in again once you’re settled. Pressure, focus, music, talking or not: you decide.
Never rushed
Treatments are booked with room around them, so nobody watches the clock and you’re never hurried out of the robe.
Plants, not perfume
Oils, clays and scrubs are chosen for how they feel on skin and how gently they smell. Nothing sharp, nothing heavy.
No selling at the end
You’ll leave with a glass of water and maybe a suggestion or two. Never a bag of products you didn’t ask for.

The space
Warm rooms, low light and somewhere to linger
Each treatment room is kept warm, with heated tables, soft linens and lighting you can barely notice. There’s a shared room for couples, changing rooms with robes and lockers, and a lounge with tea for before and after.
The team
The hands behind every treatment
