Hours
[DAYS] [HOURS]
A sunlit stone soaking pool in a quiet walled courtyard, with woven cushions along its edge

Nothing to rush. Nothing to fix. Just an hour that’s yours.

Phones stay in the lockers, the lights stay low and nobody hurries you out of the robe. Stay for tea in the lounge afterwards for as long as you like.

Your first visit

What to expect, from the door to the last cup of tea

  1. Arrive and settle

Come fifteen minutes early. You’ll get a robe, slippers, a locker and a warm drink, and a short form about what you’d like from today.

  2. Your treatment

Your therapist checks in about pressure, focus areas and anything to avoid, then the room goes quiet. Speak up any time; it’s your hour.

  3. Linger a while

No rush to leave. Rest in the lounge with tea and take a few minutes before heading back out.

Questions people ask before their first visit

Something else? Send us a note and we’ll reply.

When should I arrive?

About fifteen minutes before your treatment, so you can change, have a cup of tea and settle in without rushing.

What do I wear?

A robe and slippers are waiting in the changing room. For massage and body treatments most people undress to their comfort level; you’re covered with a sheet the whole time except for the area being worked on.

Can I choose a therapist, or ask for a certain pressure?

Yes to both. Add a note when you book, or tell your therapist at the start. You can change the pressure at any point during the treatment.

What if I need to cancel or move my booking?
